CONNECTION
We are connected to one another, our communities, and the planet. What begins within us can extend far beyond us.

INTENTION
How we engage with a Crystal, a space, another person, or ourselves matters. Intention gives direction and meaning to the experience.

ALIGNMENT
IX encourages a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, creating space for greater awareness and well-being.

Conscious living is not a destination. It is an ongoing practice of noticing how we move through the world and making more intentional choices about how we engage with ourselves, others, and our surroundings.

IX approaches conscious living through three interconnected relationships:

OTHERS
Recognizing that how we show up affects the people around us. Greater awareness can create deeper connection, empathy, and presence.
