(pronounced "see-loh-nen"), our namesake, is the Aztec goddess of maize and fertility.

As Founder and CEO of IXIM, she creates personalized Crystal experiences and innovative tools that align energy, elevate well-being, and deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Formerly Chief Sustainability Officer at Banorte, she helped make the bank a global leader in sustainability and expand opportunities for more than 340,000 Mexican women.
Today, through IXIM and Instituto Xilonen, her work spans more than 20 countries, fostering greater awareness, harmony, and conscious living worldwide.
