Ale is the Philanthropy Advisor of Instituto Xilonen. As part of her responsibilities, she is helping oversee fundraising efforts, financial reporting, philanthropic planning, and ensuring that the organization is well-positioned to accomplish its short and long term goals. Since childhood, Ale has been interested in working with communities, helping women and children. Ale’s work began in 2020 when she quit her job on Wall Street to pursue a Masters in Public Health with the goal to advocate and provide access to healthcare to marginalized communities to increase their opportunities to achieve a healthier and wholesome life. Ale joined Instituto Xilonen as its mission and vision of connecting mindy, body and spirit as a necessary component of a nourish life aligns with her values.

She holds an MPH from Columbia University, B.S. in Industrial Engineering and B.A. in Accounting from ITAM. Currently she serves as Director of Strategic Finance in VNS Health, the largest home care non-profit in New York. Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division for 8 years helping insurance companies, water technology, real estate, infrastructure, consumer and retail companies raising equity and in the merger and acquisition process.
