Dara Hart is a singer-songwriter, sound practitioner, movement guide, and spiritual teacher whose work explores the transformative power of voice, vibration, and conscious embodiment.

Drawing from decades of experience in music, movement, meditation, yoga, Reiki, and healing arts, Dara creates experiences that invite individuals into deeper connection with themselves and the sacred intelligence that exists within all life. Her work bridges artistic expression and spiritual practice, using sound as a pathway to awareness, healing, and transformation.

After an early career in performance and theater, Dara’s journey led her toward a deeper exploration of consciousness, healing, and self-discovery. Today, she integrates original music, mantra, sound healing, movement, and ceremony into experiences designed to awaken presence, cultivate inner peace, and reconnect people with their authentic nature.

As a collaborator with Instituto Xilonen and IXIM, Dara has led sound healing experiences, ceremonies, and community gatherings that explore the relationship between vibration, energy, and conscious living. She was a featured contributor to the IXIM Crystal Co-Lab exhibition in New York City and participated in IXIM Crystal Sessions at La DOUBLE J 2026 Collection launch, helping create meaningful moments of connection through sound, presence, and ritual.
